Novosibirsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater

The flora and fauna of the rocks is rich and unique, many species are included in the Red Book. One of the protected objects is mosses, there are 49 species of them here.
Novosibirsk Museum of Railway Engineering
A large-scale exhibition of railway equipment from different periods of time was housed in the open air near the Seyatel station. In total, more than 100 copies are presented here, and each has its own story. Novosibirsk metro bridge

The amazing salt lake is located near the regional center of Chany in an ecologically clean nature conservation area. Its name is translated as "black mud". On the shore of the lake, a sanatorium of the same name has been opened since 1880, in which the riches of Karachi are widely used - curative mud, a concentrated salt solution called brine, as well as mineral water from nearby deep wells.
Umrevinsky prison
One of the first defensive posts of the Russian state was erected by the Cossacks at the beginning of the 18th century at the mouth of the Umreva River, which flows into the Ob. During archaeological excavations, a fort structure with an area of more than 500 m was established2, including a number of fortifications and internal buildings. A wooden tower with loopholes was restored on the preserved foundation, a chapel and a memorial cross were also installed and consecrated here.
Bugrinsky bridge
The opening of the largest arched bridge in Russia with a length of more than 2 km took place in 2014. The townspeople named it in honor of one of the districts of Novosibirsk - Bugrinskaya Grove.The red arch is made in the shape of a bow and looks especially impressive at night. Toy railway
The line of a reduced copy of the railway runs along the Ob River through the territory of Zaeltsovsky Park. Three trains with a speed of 10 km / h are ready to ride with the comfort of everyone. And high school students work here as machinists, who study the basics of the profession in the center of young railway workers. The length of the entire path is about 6 km, the excursion route passes through 5 stations and 1 train station. The railway carries passengers only in the summer.
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Novosibirsk
The cathedral is one of the first stone buildings in Novosibirsk; its construction began at the end of the 19th century with the support of the royal family. Barsukovskaya cave
The cave, located on the bank of the Ukrop River near the village of Barsukovo, has been awarded the status of a natural monument since 2000. This is a unique wintering place for the largest colony of bats in all of Western Siberia. Here you can find 5 species of these animals, and all of them are listed in the Red Book. The cave is about 200 meters long and 19 meters deep. Throughout the winter, the temperature here is kept at + 6 ° C. Marmots live in field burrows near the cave.
Ob sea
In the 50s of the last century, as a result of the construction of a dam on the Ob, as well as the flooding of a part of the city of Berdsk and several villages, a reservoir with an area of 1000 km was formed2... It is often called the Ob Sea. The surroundings of the reservoir are famous far beyond the region for their magnificent nature, well-equipped beaches and excellent fishing. Here you can have a good rest at one of the many recreation centers, take a walk on a motor ship, yacht or catamarans.
Novosibirsk-Glavny railway station
The Novosibirsk railway station is one of the main attractions of the city.Its building was built before the war, and in the early 2000s it was restored and a suburban pavilion was added. The central part of the station looks like a triumphal arch, the interiors are decorated with marble and have magnificent chandeliers and lamps. On the platform there are curious sculptures of people welcoming and seeing off, and in front of the station building there is a model of a steam locomotive of the 19th century.
