Thinking about where to go and how best to plan your trip, I decided to write a short article. Perhaps, it will be very useful to many, since the direction that I have chosen is very popular among Russian tourists. Thoughts wandered over the ideal route to Barcelona.

As a result, I came up with several options, which I will briefly describe below.

I decided to diversify the usual flight Moscow-Barcelona with a transfer in Rome, Amsterdam, Zurich, Paris or another European city. It is possible to deliberately choose indirect tickets that will allow you to explore a city other than sunny Barcelona. For example, by choosing the Swiss airline, you can view Zurich for free, and by flying AirFrance, you can visit romantic Paris. Alitalia gives you the chance to see majestic Rome. In general, there are a lot of airlines - in taste and color.

You can get or fly to Riga and use RyanAir Low-cost airline to see any cities in Europe at reasonable prices. An average flight costs about 30 Euro. Every time, being in Europe, I use the services of this company! If you are flying from St. Petersburg, I advise you to get to Lapperanta (this way you can partially visit Finland) and fly cheaply with the same airline to other European cities. See directions on their website. Ryanair.com

If you have free time and are flying on your own, make the most of this trip! The example above shows that with such a planning of a flight from Moscow to Barcelona, you will have as much as 13 hours in reserve to have time to walk along the most beautiful streets of Rome and, at least a little, plunge into the culture of Italy almost free of charge.
